Clearly if you love popcorn this keto friendly protein popcorn offers guilt free snacking. Differing from the bland air popped offerings that really do not satisfy unless you laden it with gobs of butter! And please do not think this will taste like the bland cardboard keto stuff I too have experienced. As this popcorn is a hands down tasty treat and even your pickiest child will love it. Even if that child is you!!
Also with 10 grams of protein per bag (2 servings they say, but one for me lol) it is so good for anyone looking to amp up their protein intake. Please remember protein builds muscle to help burn fat. So this is definitely a win win when dealing with picky eaters.

Because this is kettle popped corn in sunflower oil that is watched over by a human. To ensure even cooking and care, I have yet to come across a kernel I did not love!! lol

Moreover I would challenge anyone to think this “tastes funny” . When someone sees “healthy” or “keto” they are going to assume that they are going to have to sacrifice flavor or texture. So just poor it in a bowl like we do regular popcorn after popping and they will #lovit!!
And we all know their is a lot of products out there claiming to be the best, this really is. I love popcorn and buy the gourmet hulless microwave brands on QVC. OMG I just went and grabbed a packet and could not believe the calories/fat/carbs!!! No wonder I liked it so much but it sure is giving me a guilt trip right now!! So KUDOS for making a guilt free snack that is good for us!!
Currently there are 3 flavors: Salty Sweet Kettle Korn, Garlic Parmesan and my favorite White Cheddar. But honestly I love them all. And having a guilt free snack handy is awesome. Especially when working and we get busy with a project or unexpected call, and before we know it our stomach is growling. As a result of having this protein popcorn on hand after a little handful it will really satisfy you!!
